CHILLERS
In air conditioning systems, chilled water is typically distributed to heat exchangers, or coils, in air handling units or other types of terminal devices which cool the air in their respective space(s) and then the water is re-circulated back to the chiller to be cooked again. These cooling coils transfer sensible heat and latent heat from the air to the chilled water, thus cooling and usually dehumidifying the airstream, In addition to maintenance services, our team fixes failures that occur as: Chiller does not power up, No pumping or insufficient fluid flow, No cooling or insufficient cooling
AIR HANDLING UNITS AND VRF SYSTEMS An air handler, or air handling unit (often abbreviated to AHU), is a device used to regulate and circulate air as part of a heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning (HVAC) system. An air handler is usually a large metal box containing a blower heating or cooling elements filter racks or chambers, sound attenuators, and dampers Air handlers usually connect to a ductwork ventilation system that distributes the conditioned air through the building and retums into the AHU. Sometimes AHUS discharge (supply and admit (return) air directly to and from the space served without ductwork.
